Chocolate Biscuit Pudding

Ingredients
Marie biscuit 300gWarm milk 2 cups
Sweetened condensed milk 1/2cuup
Astra 200g
Icing sugar 100g
Cocoa powder 50g
Cooking chocolate 20g
Instant coffee 1/4tsp
Roasted cashews 1cup
Separated eggs 3
Method
1.Heat cooking chocolate in a hot water bath until liquid then cool2.In a bowl,mix astra and icing sugar and beat until creamy.add
one egg yellow at a time and beat for 3 minutes
3.Add intant coffee,cocoa powder and cooking chocolate to thebowl and mix well
4.Beat the egg whites searately and it to the mixture
5.Mix the warm milk and condensed milk in a bowl and keep it
separately
6.In a pudding bowl a flat bottom,layer marie biscuits dipped
in the milk mixture followed by a 1/4 inch thick layer of the
icing mixture and cashew and repeat the same sequence
7.Garnish with cashews,cool in refrigerator before serving
